Warranty Overview

Shower Theory stands behind the quality of its products. Every Theory Showerhead purchased directly from theshowertheory.com is covered by our 40-Day Warranty. This warranty is intended to ensure your product performs as expected under normal everyday use.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur during normal use within 40 days of the original purchase date. This includes defects in the showerhead body, spray mechanism, filtration housing, and the stop button. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, or replacement filters and other consumable parts. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, dropping, improper installation, exposure to extreme water conditions beyond normal residential use, failure to follow care instructions, or repairs attempted by the customer or any third party are not covered. Any product that has been modified or tampered with will void the warranty.

To request warranty support, contact us at info@theshowertheory.com. Please include your original order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video demonstrating the problem. We may request additional information to properly assess the claim.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from theshowertheory.com and is valid for the original purchaser only.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Shower Theory is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, except where prohibited by law.
